All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by FurniFix Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FurniFix Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or customs clearance.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Custom or special-order items may not be returned unless defective.
